BREEAM certification obtained in August 2011, the project being the first building in Romania that achieved the “Very Good” under the 2009 version of BREEAM International: Offices scheme. Encouraged by this achievement, the client started in September 2011 the building’s optimization aiming to achieve the superior “Excellent” rating under the same scheme.
