Formed in 2003, the company began actively trading as a stand alone unit in early 2005 and has developed rapidly based on Client satisfaction and demand.

The prime activities have been focused on the fast growing service sector for construction project management and cost control within the Romanian market. Aquarius Grup is seeking to build on the broad experience of the company's management team. Other activities have been incorporated to satisfy new and diverse but interrelated requests for investors and founders services such as pre-construction support, lenders supervision, procurement and other key skills.

The Team has extensive regional experience, including 15 years of emerging market experience gained in former Eastern block countries.

Individual project elements of up to 100 million Euros have been completed within this time and two country offices have been established for a market leader in this sector within the last 11 years by the company’s principles.

Close, working professional links have been established with many of the major international and local organizations operating in the Romanian market and with a selection of financing and secondary market institutions on a unique transaction basis.

In October 2008 Aquarius Grup joined Romania Green Building Council as a Founding Member
